I downloaded the app, but when I try to pair my black 15 speakers the app didn’t find them. The speakers are in pair mode.

Can’t add a second speaker while one is already added

I have the TS4 series powered monitors (GREAT Monitors) and the app works well to control them. However, I would love to see some changes to the Custom EQ section so it’s easier to select a target frequency. It’s WAY TOO SENSITIVE making it almost impossible to select say 5000, 10000 & 15000 Hz. I had to use an Apple Pencil but still couldn’t select those exact frequencies. You can forget using a finger, no way you get even close.

Great app. I have one complaint which has to do with the frequency selection slider. Would be great if the frequency changed as the slider is being moved. If I want to select a very specific frequency it’s a complete guessing game as to what frequency the slider will land on. Another option would be the ability to type in the desired frequency.

For the people who aren’t ‘all about’ reading their manual that came with the speaker: Press and hold the BT pair and stereo link buttons until you hear “voice off.” To turn it on again, do the same thing until you hear “voice on.” Yes, you’re welcome. Great speakers btw.

I love this app but ya’ll gotta make a setting to silence the girl yelling “Bluetooth disconnecting” and “ Bluetooth pairing”. It’s the most loud and obnoxious thing you can’t turn off on this speaker 😞 If you can do that I will give you 5 stars!!! 🫶🏾
