PAND-a mouse pro, keyboard ble

This app comes in useful EVERY time we visit Alton Towers (which is my ABSOLUTE FAVOURITE theme park by the way)! It helps us plan ahead so that we can fit the most rides in in the amount of time we are there and is also EXTREMELY useful for storing hotel bookings and tickets so THANK YOU SO MUCH for this amazing app!!!!🥰

Amazing!!!! 10/10!!!!

When I went Alton Towers with my cousins at scarefest 2024 for 2 days ( 29th and 30th) at one point of the second day there were only three rides open which were nemesis sub-terra at 70 minutes, TH13RTEEN at 100 mins and wicker man at 125. For scarefest that shouldn’t be allowed, I hope it gets better soon I AM BEGGING.

Sent all the documents in and was approved but wasn’t obvious we had to click another link to reserve the pass for a specific day. Terrible interface. All the fast passes were sold out apart from single rides. We had booked the mazes. The park is massive anyway so tbh the day worked out in the end and we had a good time. The rides do break down a lot and it’s hard to find food that was edible. It just looked sparse with dirty tables.

Don’t go! I went yesterday. All the rides kept breaking all day long! If U want to queue all day, not even to get on the rides the go for it. Used to be the best theme park in the UK, now it’s so unreliable it’s wrecked it. Not maintained!

As always I really enjoyed my visit to Alton Towers. My only criticism is that there are not enough indoor areas to just sit, have a coffee and a heat when it’s later in the year. With queuing and waking it can be pretty cold. Some more concessions with seating and heat please

All that needs adding is option toggle for queues when not at the theme park. Also pages for ride access pass and where to find each for non ambient visitors and a planned closures menu which links to the ride availability web page for when it comes to pre-planned essential and general maintenance for when a ride is having issues and has gone down

It’s so good for looking at queue times when you’re not near the ride eg I’m at smiler and I’m looking at nemesis’s queue time and it says 35 minutes Sooooooo good 5 ⭐️s

Definitely worth having. Enjoyed the pictures. If the app could scan individual pics for adding (or something easier than typing the numbers in), that’d be ace. Better still would be a “download all” when you’ve purchased the pic package .

I didn’t like how it didn’t let you choose what you wanted when you said you were closing some stuff
