Bad UX
Created an account more than a week ago. Impossible to login. I assume that the e-mail-address has to be verified somehow first. Unfortunately calling customer service rep did not help. The agent just said that he has reset the password (to a generic unsafe password). However login still impossible. I also tried password reset: account does not exist. Upon trying to register new „e-mail already registered“. Ever since I tried to call CS again twice but always end up in a queue for over 10 minutes. Not recommended, really bad user experience :(
