ALZaman Mobile Money

I sent money to India from this app. But waited for 4 days and at last they are telling transaction in cancelled. All these are excuses they just want to roll the money and make their profit from our hard earned money. Now for refund I have to wait for 15 days. my request to all PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS APPLICATION. I am still waiting for my money and it’s been 5 days. When your family is expecting urgent cash how can these people misuse our money. Please stop using this application. There are other trusted means who transfer money within 24 hours. Go for those. These people purposely show good exchange rates but please do not fall into it. These are profiting tricks only by using our money.

Not able to register , This app not effective. Keeps. Givning error msg like National ID not valid/ error in processing

Application auto restarting always whenever I open it. I uninstalled and installed multiple times. Still the problem not solved . Hope it will solved and provided early. Thank you
