Feed, pet, customize, and play minigames with the adorable Amaru while being rewarded for taking care of yourself! The game contains engaging goal-setting, mindfulness, and journal activities that provide a fun way to build focus and resilience to stress, anxiety, and depression.

It helps so much with mental awareness, and positivity. Even if you don’t need help with such, it boosts your attention and motive AND creativity!!! Plus I really like the character design and the more gamey part so it’s even easier to keep coming back to help yourself.

I love amaru! But a few problems..
Amaru was amazing for the first 5 days! But after that I started getting off track.. And I did not have time time feed amaru or put him to bed.. I really wanted to get used to this app but I guess I never will:( maybe some day I will download it again!! I really loved it and the time I had with amaru!! Thank you!

I absolutely love this app! It helps me with my family problems and overthinking! I named my Amaru Atlas and I made her swamp green and yellow! :D There is only one flaw i would like to talk about, last time I had Amaru after like- idk weeks without playing? I had no food in my food thingy, and not enough beads, so I tried to make her explore so I could get more beads, but it said “Amaru is to hungry to explore” so I tried playing a game, but it just said “Amaru is to hungry to play a game” so technically I had to uninstall the app and reset Atlas over again :/
Fun, and Relaxing Game!
This game is really good, and relaxing :) I think it really helps with my mental health, and anxiety. Amaru is really cute, and I love how you can customize him to be any color you would like. But I do recommend something. I think it would be cool if you could change Amaru’s eye color, and gender. If it’s possible you can add that, I think it would be really fun and more creative :D There is also a glitch where whenever I try to listen to one of the lightening exercises, it just exits out of it after a second, and gives me the gem even though I didn’t end up listening to it. If you could fix this glitch, that would be wonderful :) Thanks a lot!
