Amazon Business

Cleaning supplies are overpriced on Amazon to begin with but I have just checked if the Amazon business app could offer me a wet and dry vac I have decided to purchase would be cheaper in there. Absolutely not. £120 more on the business app. Which is more than what other high street places are offering too. My Amazon prime is under my husbands name so nobody wants to help me link that to my account (not that we seem to get anything from that £9 a month anyway)

Paying for Prime and deliveries have stopped arriving on time. Wait in for deliveries that don’t come. Shoddy service and no way to complain/leave feedback or even find out a reason for non-delivery in the app when things so here I am letting Amazon and the World know what I think of the service I am receiving for my money in the App Store

Like the home app but with VAT shown!

I have business with vat as a must. What do I get when I search something??? 6 out of 10 restricted items as the seller isn’t at registered. Then I am looking for plumbing tools and I am getting suggestions for sunglasses and what hat to match it with. If this is a business app then I feel sorry about that.

I got this app to keep track of expenses. Unfortunately you can’t download invoices using the app which is disappointing.

I have tried to login with both the correct business e mail and phone number and each time it says I am trying to login to my personal account. So can’t use the app

Customer service with Amazon used to be pretty good. You knew if there was an issue that it would get resolved. They have changed to use an automated system that takes you down dead ends to try and avoid helping you. When you do eventually get someone, they are just the usual awful outsourced call centre staff that just want rid of you, not to help you.

The main reason to download Amazon business is if it gave you a good way of having invoices emailed to you for Amazon purchases, rather than having to login and download each one. The app unfortunate out doesn’t help with that. It does mean you can have a separate app to login m, so you aren’t having to constantly log out and login if you use Amazon for personal and business purchases, hence it gets two stars.

Can’t talk to any one using a phone app does not help me find an answer
