I use an iPhone 15 Pro Max, and it is unacceptable for this application to use more than 20% of the CPU in audio-only calls, causing my phone to heat up. Apart from that, there is a very annoying bug that has existed for about 6 months: when I transfer my call from the computer to my phone, even though I am on the call and already talking to the person, after 2 minutes the application says “person x is not there answering the call” even though we are already talking

La app está bien pero no me salen las notificaciones. Ya he intentado desinstalar e instalar, desactivar y reactivar las notificaciones pero nada. No hay manera. Tengo que abrir la aplicación solo para ver si tengo mensaje o no.

El video tarda bastante en conectar y el audio no se escucha sin o con auriculares conectados.

Debería de salir la fotografía de la persona con la que escribes, si tienes mucha gente agregada es difícil buscarla a no ser que uses el buscador pero más fácil y rápido sería ver las fotografías (al estilo de skype)

Aveces se desconecta sola y tienes que volver a entrar con tu login y las notificaciones no salen en pantalla.

Terrible app. Can’t unmute. Can’t access chat. Avoid if you can.

Can only see 2 lines of the text your typing despite huge screen. Can't search peoples names search comes up blank. Buggy. Many times it wont show comments until i exit and restart app. Takes a lloooonnnnggg time to update. Gives me notification of new message but doesn't actually show me the message in the app until a few minutes or hours has passed. Sending photos through app sometimes works and sometimes doesn't. My internet connection is good.

Amazon, how is it possible to have an app in this age just disable all voice, chat controls for no reason?

A few updates ago this app stops joining calls seamlessly. The call hangs and you need to kill the app and reopen to join.
