Amazon Fire TV

At first this dumb app worked really well and I was glad because my fire stick remote stopped working and didn’t want to buy another one. Well I might as well have gotten the new remote cause goodness gracious this app is the most stupidest thing created! It stops when it wants that says it’s reconnecting. To top it off I don’t even touch it and it either pauses, fast forwards or rewind the show I’m watching. It’s quiet annoying and aggravating! To add to it the app randomly stops working and to get it working again I have to delete the app the reinstall 😮‍💨😮‍💨

I go days without watching tv of using this app and it decides to go down during the frickin Super Bowl!!!!!

The app suddenly disconnects and will not reconnect to my tv i have to uninstall and install it multiple times for it to connect

I only “try” to use this app when I can’t find my remote, but I don’t know why I even bother. I rarely can even get it to connect to my tv.

I really don’t feel like ordering a new remote, this app never fails me. I’m used to using it from my phone now

I like to use my VPN in order to use most apps and your telling me I have to turn it off in order to work a remote when that’s never been the case before? Weird.

This app is the worst. My boyfriend and I both have it and if we are in bed trying to use it, only one of us can have our phones open and on. Then it will reconnect or reconnect reconnect. It’s so annoying.

I un downloaded the app because it wouldn’t work and I re downloaded and I see it’s updated. Literally the only thing I see is enter the 4 digit code on from my tv and there’s no code on my tv!! Luckily I have the old version on my iPad but who knows how long that will last. Please fix the app. This was the only app that worked for my fire tv and now it’s completely unusable.
