Touch ID

Please make touch if and Face ID to work. Nothing is stored: neither account, nor region. Every time I have to enter everything anew.

Good app, but there are some bugs to fix

1. Please fix TouchID. It doesn't work - app continues to ask for a password on every launch and the trigger in settings goes back to "TouchID disabled" 2. Pls add legends to graphs. 3. It's almost impossible to click on a graph to see numbers. Pls think of a more reliable UI

No Filters?

Dashboards with filters on website don’t show the filters on the App. Makes it very hard to use.

Very Disappointed

Just downloaded the app after signing up on my laptop. It will not move pass the login screen and I know the username is correct because I just set it up! I’m on IPhone 11 Pro Max. This is very disappointing. I expected more from Amazon.

Great App and architecture

Great App to access data in a Data Lake or data Warehouse on AWS and complete what is currently the more powerful and lowest cost solution for BI and more advanced data analytics.

Fingerprint login doesn’t work

Login details are not retained with fingerprint. Need to enter the complete login details every time, which makes the app useless to us.

Great upgrade

Face ID is super convenient. New drill down capability combined with anomaly detection let’s you get to the interesting bits fast. I’ll add more later but so far so good.

FaceID Not persisting

The app has FaceID capability but it expires continually, this app will is tedious to get into otherwise I would use it a lot more. If this is due to a setting on our AWS accounts guidance to what that is would be great.

Have to sign in each time I open the app.

iPad resolution support
