but it can do better, the app needs an overhaul, it’s kinda confusing.

Spoke on phones for an hour with rep. Passed me onto their technical reps. Had me describe in detail my problem with new camera. Had to document version and my process in setting up camera. Once they viewed my info they want me to load the lastest version of app, which they knew I already had. No response

Does not work with my Amcrest Smart Home cameras I have two of them. Will not scan bar code. Tech support says waiting for Apple to come up with and update. This is B.S

ASH21 Security camera. Setup new device > scan qr code > fails "please check your network"

Trying to set up my new AD410 doorbell and can’t even get past the first step of setup. Especially frustrating since I’ve already taken out my old doorbell. Support has so far been unhelpful.

The device(s) often go “offline” for no reason and keeps telling me to check the internet connection while my WiFi connection is the strongest. 2 out of 3 devices -of the same models and ages - are refusing to connect for 7 days and after multiple “add”/“reconnect” attempts. There’s no Help Center availability reachable.

App is not updated I can’t setup my camera on ios app it says connection issue !

Fails to connect. Worked fine till last week. Support says they updated app to 13.1.14 from 13.1.13 but doesn’t show up on Apple Store. Bad software. , bad customer service support.

The “Amcrest” network has been down for over a month. The company has no clue how to address it except for “we’re working to resolve it” I wish I never purchased it. I might dispute with thr purchase with on my card.

When the app works, it’s okay, but so many bugs. The worst part? Nobody is around to help you and when an issue happens, usually on a weekend or holidays. If there was an optional app that would work with these cameras, I’d get it in a heartbeat!
