View key account details such as:
• A personalized estimate of your monthly retirement income
• Your personal rate of return
• Balances across investment options
• Summary transaction history
• Future contribution allocations
• Beneficiaries (if available)
• Access and download plan forms
• Upload documents to request certain account changes
• View your investment lineup

Make changes to your account, as allowed by your plan:
• Update your contribution amount
• Adjust future contribution allocations
• Exchange between funds or rebalance your account
• Manage your beneficiaries
• Enroll in your plan
• Update your profile, including communication preferences, username and password.
• Request a loan and view active loan information

Why it doesn’t show the base and capital appreciation?

The app only shows a % in the return section. There is no way to see how much money have you really earned or lost in dollar.

Terrible fund selection, high cost expense ratios, and difficult to navigate mobile- not intuitive

Recent update!

The recent update is not sending security codes to let you log in. I’m about ready to invest elsewhere!!!!!

Didn’t work from the start

My literal first interaction with this app showed that it’s unusable. I tried to verify my account via cell phone, I received the text message, but the app would not advance to the next page. A few tries and now I’m stuck waiting 1 week for them to mail me the PIN. I suspect this is a sign of bad things to come from this app.

Easy Changes

I like being able to make contribution Changes so easily. The application is a very good service. Thank you! :-)

Keeps crashing

Does not allow me to use certain features on app, keeps closing on its own. Deleted and re downloaded and it continues to close

Contribution

It used to let me change my contribution on the app. Now there’s not a way of changing my contributions. Please go back to how the app use to be.

Can’t Log into my account

I have all the correct information but the app doesn’t let me place my birthday in the order it shows. 2 digit month and day but it accepts the 4 digit year. It keeps saying my birthday is invalid because the app places only one digit after you have scroll for it.
