Unable to log in with member # first and last name for 2 weeks. No one has an answer on when it will be back up. Frustrating

I have only used the AMFAM app since 2021 - but noticed many improvements in the app during this time. Appreciate being able to register for multiple classes, having a calendar drop down menu, and like the active links for teacher info. There is also a helpful option to get notifications when classes open for registration. Suggestions for the next app update is to change the font color - the pale blue is tough to see on white - maybe use bigger fonts (many folks use mobile and we quickly glance and so a medium to large font makes it easy while on the go) Also check the home page as it has white font over the photos and some of the titles cannot be read (white on white or white on tan cannot be read and it looks bad) so perhaps change the photos to show the white font or have a black bar where the titles go.

Lost my wallet access. Loved it in the old app when I could put amfam in my wallet and can’t do that anymore. Like goes backwards in tech. Also the app just isn’t good.

The app doesn’t use your member login and password from the AFF website. You have to create a separate account just for this app but the only way you can do that is by knowing your barcode number for your account which I don’t know and the front desk personnel didn’t know either. There’s no way to create an account by any other method like most apps have. Absolutely frustrating.

Can’t even log in…log in works fine from web ….wth??? Why do you make it so hard to get your member #??

This is the worst App. Embarrassing how awlful it is. America Family Fitness uses it for class registration. First it is not reliable. It often doesn’t load. Second, you can only look ahead a day at a time. No pull down calendar. So ancient. Third, and most important when you register for a class you can not register for a later class. American Family Fitness will only allow one class a day and because of that restriction if you register for a morning class it is not an option to try for an afternoon unless you unregister. Due to the class limitations it is very hard to get into classes. The app should allow you to register for a class even if you are in another one WITH the option to unregister. What a simple piece of code that would be and would change everything. No one at our gym is happy with his App. I recommended this change to Group X Mgr and she said MotionVibe said they can’t do it. Insane. I would not recommend this App to any establishment till very easy improvements are made. In this time period it is surprisingly to see such an underdeveloped App.

I might give this app 4-5 stars if I could log in with it.

I keep checking the Apple download site and I see no new application.
