It’s okay to a point
It’s alright and works great until you get low on credits. Then the same songs will be bumped up to more credits to force you to buy more. That’s kinda grimey to me. Other than that it’s great.

Scammed me
They apparently have lots of songs playing randomly and don’t start playing yours unless you fork over 7 credits to play immediately. The bar said they didn’t control the machine and don’t put money into it, it just plays random songs, so it’s AMI that controls when songs are played. I was at the bar for 3 hours without my songs ever playing.
Doesn’t work
Doesn’t play the songs from the app, had to pay TWICE to play my songs.
Broken
It’s use to be good but lately it’s been taking my money and then not queuing songs.
Steals your money
This stupid app, let me tell you. You see good reviews because this is an app for jukeboxes in bars and the idiots saying it’s great are either bots or drunks. This app steals your money. Put your card in and get your credits and repeatedly get the prompt “error this jukebox was unable to process your request” and when it did process my request it skipped one song and then played the next song on the album. Don’t waste your time or cash just go home and listen to what you want! THIS JUST IN!!!! I got a stupid email not addressing the issue but instead directing me to som B.S. complaint department. Man I feel bad for any bar/restaurant/club that wastes money on this service. F-ing pitiful. If this isn’t A.I. run then humans are dumber than we ever imagined
It plays computer music first
If you pay 12 credits for, it plays computer generated songs in between paid song no matter if you pay for 8 songs and no one else pays for songs, it will play songs in between your paid songs. DON’T USE!
Maintenance fee?
It’s ridiculous and absurd that you charge a $2 monthly maintenance fee for account inactivity.
Poor searching function
App does not suggest the correct / most popular version of the song you want. Not a huge inconvenience but it has caused me to lose money with the wrong selection.

My songs never played
I requested four songs and was charged and they never played. Do I get a refund of my credits?
