Don’t believe owners ratings
I've rented a car 3 weeks in advance, arrived at the specified place at the specified time, but the owner didn't appear. He didn't reply to my messages in the app and his phone number was not available. I had to waiste my time and change plans. Amovens support handled this pretty fast and cancelled my rental, but only by email (built-in chat doesn't work on Sundays neither does support phone). After that I wanted to leave a review about the owner to warn other users but apparently it is not possible: users could leave a reviews about the owner only after successfull rentals! So if some owner have 3 successfull rentals and disappears 20 times they still could still have a pretty high rating, so don't believe this 5-stars reviews (owner from my rental still have rating 4.8)
