AS of May 15, 2024, AMP is complete failure and does not allow completion of M- Plan questions. I USING ONE HUB AGAIN, AMP technology is LAUGHABLE !!!!!! 😭🤓
AMP= Always Making Problems. This app is horrible. Not in the least bit “user friendly”. Consistently glitches, gives errors, runs slow, access issues with photo’s, drains your battery even more than 1Hub, etc. I am a supervisor and this app has ONLY created more work and interruptions of my daily work because each of my employees either have difficulty using it or one the issues mentioned above occurs. Seriously, whoever the developers are or IT is for this app, please “get on your game”. Please fix some of the coding, you can tell by the reviews that it is driving people nuts!

For some reason this app will not work on my IPhone 14. It does work on my IPad. Developer could not resolve the problem. Every time I spoke with someone I was told to do the same thing over again…..delete and reload app, verify settings, turn phone on and off and verify my telephone software was up to date. They were searching Google to resolve the problem. It was suggested for me to turn off my Apple Watch. The suggestion was made that it might be the operating system. I didn’t have this problem with 1Hub.
Absolute waste of time and money. It took an hour to do 7 m-plans, just loading and freezing and jumping around. Seems more efficient to do everything by paper at this point.
This app is the worst so far it won’t let me stay checked in when I’m trying to answer the survey and report time worked I have to keep using work arounds it won’t load the survey question half the time one hub was working just fine I don’t understand where someone got the bright idea to fix an app that wasn’t broken and replace it with an app that is nothing but problems,an update was issued already but it didn’t fix any of the issues
If this was supposed to be an upgrade from one hub mobile it has failed miserably. Now April 3rd I am finding mplans as far back as 3.16 under the late tab on the dashboard that said complete in the app with the caveat of incorrect date. (Supervisor mplans require no date) unable to open and complete the mplan in question when checking the pc scheduler (mvretail) the said mplan reads as in progress. This could not be more confusing. On top of that there are times multiple team members have not been able to check in to the club. It’s non reactive and very slow. This is not efficient considering we may have 10 to 15 reports to do by eod. I spend more time watching this app role and having to close out and restart the app than we ever had to with 1 hub. Disappointing and frustrating to say the least.
The app is ok, except for the way work history is displayed. I would rather see work history listed by day instead of going through a seven day list of all events.
