Am using iPhone and the app asks for username and password. How do I register myself as the password is not there. If I click forgot password it again asks for valid email or mobile number despite punching in correct no or mail I’d

This app asks for login and password when it is opened. There are no instructions to register. Nobody has replied to my questions about it on Facebook and YouTube. I have missed two live sessions due to this issue. I suggest to use YouTube or Facebook for live streaming as this app is only for the privileged.
