Somehow I didn’t store my password, and I can’t remember it. When I tell the app I’ve forgotten my password it never sends a link to change it, to my email. Making me think I’ve never set up an account. But when I try to set up an account it says my email is already being used. So I can never get into the app to use it.

This is a beautiful, thoughtful app that provides support in so many valuable ways. Thank you I needed this on so many levels to help me be mindful, kind and present for myself.

I’m an anxious person and even more so since the pandemic . It’s very calming to start your day off properly and also builds confidence

I am 8 months postpartum with my 3rd and final babe. Through all the craziness…it’s super hard to find time for me. Let alone track any of my emotions,feelings,periods. This app has been absolutely amazing. It helps to give that daily reminder that your worth it too. It helps you take a breath of fresh air. I absolutely love the daily affirmations and the calm soothing and re boosting meditation and support. Thank you To the founders of this app for helping me find a few minutes of peace and rejuvenation in my oh so busy day. Because we re all worth it! <3

A no-pressure way to track and feed my mind, body and soul. Key word here is “no pressure” and who knew it was totally ok not to be perfect but a constant work in progress? Love this so much. Thank you! ❤️

First of all, the user interface of this app is so easy to navigate and it’s so calming and pleasing to the eye. Secondly, it’s everything you need for positive affirmations; for your body, your mind, your daily outlook. I like to start and end my day with it. For me, I don’t need multiple apps for different stuff and Ana reminds me of all the important things such as gratitude in the morning, breathing, stretching, positive affirmations and calming me before I go to bed. As a busy woman in my early 50s, this app is perfect because it speaks to all ages and addresses issues such as menopause, fertility, hormones, stress. You can tell a lot of thought and personal experience went into creating it.

Really enjoying this app - love that I can go on and spend a small amount of time doing one of the activities that can help change my day.
