Why my notification still appear at my app?

I still cant download video. It is still having my same old version with same interface and there is no “video” section can be found and no update available in app store too.

Salaam and hi, Would like to firstly thank Anak2U for this wonderful app. I have a suggestion to improve your app. Would like to suggest that you add a swipe right or left for the picture when the picture has been tapped. Its a little annoying that we have to close the picture if we need to go to the previous or next picture. Tq for your attention.

Updated to new version. Sharing only include text but no image. Previously only image with no text - prefer that. If possible can select image to share. Thanks ya

Hi. I have updated the latest application but the payment part is not in the latest application, although before there was a payment part, maybe there should be improvements there to make us easier to pay fees

Ive been using this apps for almost a month. Im not sure if my coverage is the one got problem or the apps itself. When I got to the chat room, I’ve always need to re-open the apps to see the conversation. Im Not sure why? But ive seen most of user were complained on this matter. Also, now i cant play the videos sent by teacher since yesterday. Again, I thought it was due to my coverage. But then, when I use our home wifi, it still the same. When i ask the teacher abt this matter, she said that she can play the videos. Please, please, please do something for this. I dont want to bother the teacher over the whatsapp to checking on my child. While they have provided this apps for us (parennt) to relay on to.

Hi. I'm not sure whether this is an 'error' or it is purposely designed that way. It seems that I need to login every time I would like to view my son's profile. I find this as a hassle, having to key in email and password every single time I want to check on my son. At first, I thought it was my phone's problem, but my husband mentioned that he had to do the same thing when he wants to check on our son's updates. Other than that, the pictures uploaded by school also take quite some time to be saved in the gallery, and sometimes it didn't make it to the gallery even. The chat box also take quite some time to load. Again, at first I thought it was due to connection issue but nope, it happened every single time. The app is meant to reduce/remove the use of other medium for communication but I had to resort to whatsapp the teacher because the chat feature does not work. I had the experience of using other app that is quite similar in previous school, I'd say that Anak2U has the potential but it still need A LOT of improvements.

Assalamualaikum. Saya cadangkan semua taska di Malaysia menggunakan apps ni. Bila apps ni digunakan sepenuhnya, ibu bapa lebih yakin dengan guru guru di taska. Kita boleh lihat aktiviti anak-anak padat utk satu hari dan guru guru yg sgt rajin utk guna apps ni pada setiap anak-anak. Taska anak sy fully utilize this apps mmg sht bagus sy boleh tengok aktiviti both my kids since Day 1.

Kenape apps ni tak ade notification ?? Agak susah lah.. bkn 24jam nak bukak apps
