I’ve paid 2000/- amount but I couldn’t login to the application even after providing correct credentials. This needs to be escalated with a legal actions. You’re fooling people😡😡

Following was my experience: 1] App is not user friendly at all, it is slow and takes forever to fill their application. 2] No workflow management, you will be lost on what next steps are. No where have they clearly mentioned how to register. Half their process is online and other half is offline. 3] Rude staff, after I did my payment I asked few questions for which the staff informed to just check the website. When I told that I cannot find that info on their website they directly offered me a refund saying they are not interested in entertaining my profile. Currently awaiting refund.

It’s very difficult to use. We can’t respond to profiles we receive. The previous app was very easy to use. Now we don’t even receive msgs of the interests. Really we did not expect this app to be so pathetic to use.

First of all this application isn’t suitable for Grooms of Mumbai, as most of the (Brides)profile are from Pune and other parts of Maharashtra who don’t want to settle in Mumbai. Also you will get only 10 profiles details in a week time, hence for getting new profile details you will have to wait. Application team don’t review the profile properly, even those who are married are still active in this application. So if trying to invest, try for other matrimonial sites as this is application is too slow.
