The app won’t let me book. When you ring them the operator says it’s turned off. Why have an app if customers can’t book using it

App always works for me for years. Recently it has stopped working and always says no cars available even though there are. Please fix!

Please go back to Uber so we can book cars effectively. Issues: - Needs to send a code to activate, code doesn’t. - Interface is dreadful. - Doesn’t work.

You’re not able to set it up as it doesn’t send to a code, and there’s no alternative or support on the app

Continuously failing to send me either a password reset link by email or a code by text. Looks like I will need to use a different taxi service.

Can’t get into it: gave it my phone number, asks me to enter the code it sent, but no code sent. Unusable

literally always says no taxis available with no option to prebook. literally tried the app when it said that so just called and surprise surprise there was taxis available
