I got the app as I hoped it would encourage me to exercise. I found it quite hard to navigate (am an older person) and lots of info seems out of date. Will need to get someone to help me- not ideal

This has to be the worst app I’ve ever encountered. Site has way too many twists and turns that you don’t know where you are. Can’t log without resetting password every time. Members need a training course to use this app.

I would like to book classes at more than one location but the app makes this tricky

Still not able to book a squash court on line, why not....

Not intuitive how to search between sports centres.

App is great for booking and cancelling classes. Love the On Demand and Livestream at the touch of a button. Loving the culture section too! Something for everyone.
