You pay for application and after you get nothing. As you can not register at all!!! Every time I get error during registration, but everything is right!!!!

There are no pictures. Fix it or give me money back.

The app appears empty (no recipes, no categories, nothing at all!), registration for ak club does not function either. Please fix the app!

I originally paid for this up some years ago and was supposed to give you access for life. I was searching for an old recipe I liked and realized that it’s with subscription and lost access to what I paid for. That’s so disappointing.

Bought this app (paid) and now I can’t use it as it requests login details that I never created. Disappointing.

I bought this app a couple of years ago and found it good for weaning my baby and then for recipies as she grew through being a toddler. But now they have changed it to a subscription service, and even though it was an app I had to buy, it wasn’t free before, access to it has totally gone. Who thought this was a good idea? In a time of a cost of living crisis when for some moms they might have trouble to afford the food for weaning baby, let alone a sub service for recipies?? Shows how out of touch the developer, owners etc at Annabel Karmel are.

Changed to a subscription base and kicked me out of app so I can no longer use it. I paid money for this app at the beginning and now because they changed how they want to make money it is affecting me. Terrible customer service. Just get her book - it’s cheaper.

I am extremely upset with the format change of this app. I bought it for around €5.99 (I think, it was definitely more than a few euros) with the agreement that I had access for life (because that’s how it was at the time.) Yet the developer has changed over to a subscription based access for an exorbitant fee of €28/year. And no credit or refund to any of us who paid for the app “for life” in good faith. Recipes are excellent but you can get similar from googling on the internet. I wouldn’t give one more cent to a company or person who is so greedy and can change terms of device so drastically without caring for customers in place prior to subscription based.

I have being using this app since my daughter started eating great healthy ideas, I would like to see more ideas for kids with allergies as my daughter is allergic to eggs and peanuts, I normally just adapt recipes but this is still my go to app for her, she is a great eater 😊

Due to poor screen layout, app is unusable on an iPhone SE, with approx 60% of screen showing a picture of a recipe. Also, whether a recipe is suitable to be frozen doesn’t seem to be visible anymore. A great shame
