Mobile app for iPhone will send alerts you click on them and 90% of the time it says no recording. I get notifications throughout the day and you click and it was from 6 hours earlier. Hard to look through archives. Hopefully they will address with future upgrades.

This has been the most frustrating system and app I have ever dealt with. The app crashes every minute. When I get a notification and check the video it says no recording available. It records bugs and misses people. I can’t say enough horrible things about this. This is by far the worst. I will probably bad mouth this company for the rest of my life

It would make your customers LOVE you if you paid an American (fluent English) create all your apps.

Since the update, I have not been receiving notifications even though I have motion detection push notifications enabled. Even when I go to information to look at the alarm messages, there’s nothing there. Only way I can see playback is to go to playback and scroll through the recorded history. Never had this issue before the latest release. I do like that you can change the WiFi settings now in the app.

This app is probably one of the most inconsistent apps I’ve ever used on an iPhone. I get a notification that motion has been detected, I open the app, and it doesn’t display any alerts at all. I’ll swipe the app off and back on, and then the alerts are there. I click the alert, and it always says “No recording” even though when I push “Full video” all the recordings are there. The cameras are good quality, but if I cannot easily view what’s going on with the cameras, it sort of makes the entire system pointless. I will not be purchasing Annke camera systems again, and it is completely due to this horrible app. I have no idea how this thing has a 5 star rating. Completely undeserved.
