This apps is so bad, cause top up with CC and the choice of CC is available on the apps. Top up succeed, but after checked the top up was failed. In this apps also can't transaction log. So customer cannot check if the top up or any transaction proceed by when and if its succeed or not.

Poin sering hilang tanpa pemberitahuan dan historis di app.

It has been occured so many times! I ordered through the Apps with Right Now order, but the ordes were not appear in the counter. So my order at then end was created when i am in the counter.

Top up 100k , got 150(total), which is good. Order by applications but i still have to queue in the cashier, which is bad. The quote of the application is, “we don’t have to queue”, but the barista said i still have too 🥲

Useless, can’t pay via application. The menteng staff said the reward point will be added in 24 hours, but until know, there is no extra stamp reward. Very bad application for a big company. You should improve it or just delete it

setelah sekian lama menghilang dari app store, muncul lagi dengan versi update, tapi pada versi baru ini, verifikasi via otp tidak berhasil karena sms yang ditunggu tidak muncul & hal ini sudah dicoba berkali-kali berhari-hari .. mohon perbaikan & development-nya dilakukan dengan serius

Applikasinya masih sangat terbatas. Paymentnya masih harus top-up. in-store & time-based promo gak berlaku kalo pesennya pake app, aka malah jadi lbh mahal. Akhirnya applikasi ini hanya jadi tempat buat nyimpen poin reward dan redeem poin aja.
