Doesn’t work Basic features Content skips all over the place Would make more sense to purely give a RSS URL for users to get content on their other app of choice and consign this software aberration to the bin

The content on the app when it works is fantastic. However the app and website always crash or are down. The app is over designed and buggy. Difficult to navigate menus and podcast pages. It’s now broke so much that I want to cancel. But Lo and behold both app and website are down so I can’t remove my billing details

Appreciate that they wanted to create this to own more control over their podcasts, but for that to make sense for audiences you need to have an intuitive, well-designed and solid platform – which this is none of the above. You can sense it’s build and maintenance has just been farmed out somewhere, with very little care or good design. Seldom functions properly, and when it does it’s annoying and counter-intuitive to use.

PLEASE FIX YOUR APP. Why does it always go back to the top when I’m scrolling and why do you have the most non functional search bar in the history of search bars. This is the worst app I have ever used. If quickly Kevin was anywhere else I’d leave your platform

As can be seen from the previous reviews there are lots of usability problems with this app. Probably the most frustrating is the downloads which rarely works at all and instead endlessly buffers. The interface is glitchy, jumpy, and not intuitive. Please sort this out.

App was working ok, but is now crashing every time I try to open it. Please fix as there is some great content available on the platform

One of the worst apps I’ve ever used. Utter rubbish. Full of glitches and keeps logging me out. The podcast content is great but I am looking for another way to access it.

First up the content on the app is some of the best around. The app itself though is simply dreadful. As a user experience it is full of bugs that have been around forever and have never been fixed, it’s not intuitive in the slightest, navigation between menus is so frustrating as if you accidentally swipe (very easy to do) and return to the previous screen it takes you to the top of the previous menu, the same if you try and download and can’t hit the jackpot in hitting the single smallest button in app history. The creators clearly don’t care as there have been no improvements since this was first launched.

I seem to have real trouble downloading a programme from my purchased content. It can take ages or not work at all. Whilst drawing the battery. Not impressed.
