Worked fine for a while and now all of the sudden it won’t accept any frequency above 230MHz and my Stick Pro goes up to 1GHz

I wish I could give it zero stars. It will not connect to my 230. It recognized it one time and never again since. Now it doesn’t even show up under models. Terrible support from an otherwise great company.

This is a crucial app for getting the most out of the rig expert stick 230. The company seems to have abandoned it. If it works in your hardware and iOS, lucky you, if not , tech support will tell you to update , but there's nothing new The Bluetooth connectivity to the stick 230 was always iffy, now the app doesn't even find the device (ios18, iPhone 16 Pro)

I’m using the AA-650 Zoom analyzer with this AS App. The Good News: The Android (Bluetooth) and windows (USB cable) versions work fine. And with this app you can do a live scans. The Bad News: This app cannot access the memory channels to display any data previously scanned with the analyzer on my 4th Gen. Air Touch IPAD. There is no options in the app’s menu to access them. From the beginning I had difficulties connecting the mi stick 230 to my phone and PC, now it is completely impossible, I removed the battery and factory reset the analyzer and nothing, The analyzer also blocked when trying to use it in the sun, I had to remove the battery to restart it

Despite the previous version of AntScope for iOS stating that the AA-3000 ZOOM was added, my analyzer is not recognized by the app. It simply never connects. Not getting any help from RigExpert either.

..as reported in the other review…the iPhone app just stopped finding my Stick Pro. Stills works on my iPad at the moment. RigExpert needs to fix this…I wouldn’t recommend the stick products without being able to use the app

I was loving this app and the fact I could look at extended graphs on my iPhone while using my Stick Pro in the field. Today all of a sudden the phone wouldn’t recognize the device anymore. After several resets of the analyzer as well as my iPhone it still doesn’t see it when trying to connect. Checked it with my iPad and works fine. All my other Bluetooth devices also work fine with my iPhone, so it’s not the phone itself. Somehow the iPhone app just doesn’t want to see the analyzer, so now it’s basically useless. Rigexpert please fix this app so it works.

Iphone and IPad connect initially but disconnect after 30 seconds Used with Stick 230. But if you have unit connected to antenna, IMMEDIATELY start a SWR scan. Then the Stick 230 keeps the connection. Other parameters can be accessed and function. Works on both iPhone and iPad. 73 KF6LU
