The worst experience ever. My claim was returned 2 times, always with new requests. I have submitted Forms 1 and 2, asked Hospital to populate form 3, then asked Hospital to send me reference letter. Finally I have got SGD 30 out of SGD 580, because I haven’t visited general practitioner before I went to doctor.

The doctor’s description of the ailment may not coincide exactly with the diagnosis list available in the app and the user is forced to choose one of those that appear to be. User is baffled by all the various medical terms used

Please allow us to key in clinic names manually as your drop down list don’t have all clinics in singapore, when we needed to claim non panel clinic bills.

We don’t have medical knowledge to select certain fields

Keep asking location service enable ,if I cancel keep asking to enable I cannot access other service in app it’s too frustrating

I visited a dentist on the AON panel, yesterday only to be told I would have to pay up front and claim the expense on the portal. On selecting dental on the portal the only selection was non panel! The dentist is clearly a panel dentist. Poor set up of the app and poor quality of process for the AON Health insurance.

I thought in the beginning that I need to manually input in this column however it requires input from the down-select lists. I realised some diagnosis are not in the lists.
