I was very down on this app because I couldn’t get it to fully work. But after around with which jersey I was wearing I was finally able to get it to work. My two big criticisms is that it is difficult to find out how to contact their support. And, I wish when the app’s AI failed at reading your video that it would give some suggestions on what to do to fix it.
Always cool to see new technology in action! Cudos on making it easy to use👏

This is a great app for bike fitting. It might not replace the full treatment a professional bike fit gives you, but it sure beats guesswork!
Bikefit process seems to work as intended, but the app seems a bit unfinished. Way too many push notifications that wants me to do a bikefit even after Ive done a bikefit. Also got way too many emails saying I should finish my profile after both profile and bikefit was done. So yeah, the bikefit part is good. The rest a bit rough still.

I've been a keen cyclist for a few years, and I never gave much thought to my riding position. However, when I began experiencing knee problems, everything changed. I seriously considered a professional bike fit but the associated time and cost always seemed to get in the way. That's when I stumbled upon the Apiir app, and decided to give it a try. I was pleasantly surprised by how convenient it is to use, right in the comfort of my own home and at my own pace. The app provided quick and effective recommendations that significantly improved both my comfort and riding position. Thanks to Apiir, my bike now fits me instead of me fitting the bike. And my knee pain is gone.
