Apogee ResNet

We’ve had Apogee at my college for a couple years now. While my friends have complained about it, I’ve never had any issues. I’ve thought the WiFi has generally been pretty fast, too. That all changed yesterday, when it suddenly disconnected my laptop from the WiFi and required a security code to get back in. The correct code didn’t work, so I reset my laptop to the Apogee system, and it then worked. But, the Wi-Fi didn’t work, and it actually “quarantined” my laptop due to a “connection issue.” That means no WiFi for 6 hours. Once that time was up, I still couldn’t connect it to WiFi, and now I can’t connect my phone either. The app doesn’t seem to work, it just freezes when I try to add the devices. I’ve never used something so buggy, mysterious, and frustrating in my life.

This app does not work and can only be described as kafkaesque. Absolute abomination. I wish I could rate it zero stars.

this app quite literally doesn’t even function past entering what school you’re at. can have 2 networks with full bars show up in my wi-fi settings but neither will connect ever. if it somehow does connect it disconnects within 5 minutes or the service is actually worse than my cellular data so i just turn off my wifi

This is my first ever review on the App Store. I’m going to keep this plain and simple. If you are not required to have this service, do not waste your time. This is the worst internet service I have ever used. You have to log in every single time after you disconnect from it and sometimes it doesn’t let you log in. You are better off using your data.

This service is not good and very spotty. It glitches out constantly and they don't fix it.

like genuinely. why would any college campus choose to use a wifi distributor that spontaneously cuts out in the middle of finals week. worst and most frustrating situation in my life. i regressed in my anger issues because of this app

Apogee spontaneously deleted everything for our entire dorm floor, now I can’t even get anything back on it.

College recently got this Wi-Fi, it’s very hard to using manual mac address every time you want to add a device. The app itself is very buggy, you can’t even sign in no matter how many times you click the sign in button but somehow every other option in the application works. Overall terrible app, if you have to use this good luck to you.

Just all in all horrible and isn’t consistent for college life
