Schedule never works

My experience has just been okay. Spotty connection and underwhelming results. My HRV has not improved and my sleep minutes have not improved. I’ll keep trying though. $100 for a subscription is steep. Other apps are less expensive.

Apollo Neuro is a godsend. I have been diagnosed with ADHD all my life, and Apollo helps me stay locked in and focused. I also have a severe fear of heights, and Apollo helps me stay grounded while still enjoying heights. It also helps my social anxiety, and it’s amazing for veterans with PTSD. Seriously, thank you for this amazing app and service!

I would give the technology 5 stars but execution takes it down to 4 stars. I’m sleeping better and recovering faster. The unit can be finicky to charge, it’s clunky, large and gets hot. I think when they make it smaller have a battery charger that isn’t a cable or requires an outlet in the unit, I’d give it 5 stars.

You pay 400 for the device and yes it s great but they broke so I had to buy 4 of them. Then pay for 3 year warranty. Now they want to charge 159 for something that should just come with the device. I hope their personal jet is comfy, while I need this device I’m stuck but I’m not paying their exhorbant fees. They sent me a coupon code for 30% off that I apparently am not qualified to use. This is how they treat long term loyal customers. By gouging them every chance they get.

update: updating my review to four stars because : after reading my review on Trust Pilot AP customer service reached out to me and has replaced the device. Cautiously optimistic that the durability will improve with the new version and impressed that customer service listens to/reads reviews I have had two Apollo Neuro and really like them when they work. Unfortunately, there is essentially no customer support when there is a hardware problem. My first one lasted 2 1/2 years then suddenly stopped taking any sort of charge at all – literally overnight. My second one has lasted 18 months and suddenly started rattling with something loose inside. In both cases customer service essentially said there was nothing they could do and offered a small discount to purchase a new one. I don’t think 2 1/2 years is an unrealistic life or something I use every night when I sleep. Batteries wear out and that is a cost of using wearable so I did not have a problem purchasing a second one after 2 1/2 years of use. However, 18 months and a sudden rattling seems to be a problem that should be addressed, especially when searching on the Internet indicates this is something is fairly widely reported as a problem. As a wearable that works as claimed in my experience. Unfortunately, the durability of the devices is not very good and the customer not very good either. I may have unrealistic expectations since I have also had problems in the past with. My Oura ring and Coros watch. Both of these companies have outstanding support for their hardware. Based on my experience with the three companies, Apollo Neuro could learn from Coros and Oura. In summary the device does what it says it does but the reliability is questionable so budget for replacement if you like the way it works

The Apollo Neuro is expensive, but it is well worth it. I like mine because it increases a quantitativeb deep sleep, and it also increases my heart rate variability.

I purchased my Apollo Neuro about one year ago in May 2023. I was looking for something that would help reduce my stress and anxiety related to my Afib and was also looking for some thing that would improve my sleep quality. Apollo Neuro has met my expectations for the most. it has helped me relax when I feel the onset of my AFib symptoms and has helped me sleep better overall. I don’t always sleep through the night, but it is much better. I would recommend that the scientist that work on product development at Apollo Neuro create a set of vibes that would help calm down the nervous system when Afib symptoms start. I just received a replacement Apollo Neuro, as I had purchased the extended warranty and the process went smoothly for the most part.
