Can’t use passport for seat selection, online check in, horrible app and airline, in the airport can’t use their terminal for check in with passport, what’s your problem 东方航空?

When I bought a ticket at 同程旅行 , an then check my profile in this 东方航空app, wasn’t find my reservation. 客服 also cannot help with this question. So I cannot make early prereservation on my sitting place, even it’s a business class tickets . Disappointed so much. But looks like owner of this app, doesn’t care.

Don’t stable app. Online service is useless. No English, Russian..

Only Chinese allowed to use this app and this airlines?

Where is I can change language???

Please, add English as Hainan Airlines and China Southern have already done. 請英語作為海南航空及中國南方已經做了。

Over 20 attempts to setup a login registration. With finally using the Chinese website and Google lens translate to issue a new password. With that done I still cannot login into the app. I can only log into the website.

This app only supports payments in WeChat and Alipay. Can’t use my credit cards.
