情報がいい加減過ぎる。
新規登録は3ヶ月程度掛かる。旧店舗と新店舗の情報が一緒になってる。 地域もデタラメ！ ただし、食べログよりもポイントが貯まり金券などに変えられる。（ライブドアグルメになってから獲得ポイントとアプリのポイントが合ってませんが）
チケットや特典多め
チケットと特典が使いきれないほどもらえやすく、食べ終わったらルーレットで賞が当たる気分が最高！
もっとシンプルにしてほしい
複雑すぎて、使いずらい。
投稿内容チェックしてください
同ユーザーによるどう見てもテイクアウトでもない自炊と思われる写真の店内飲食との投稿、店と内容の一致しない投稿（ケーキ店で煮魚の写真など投稿内容と写真も一致していない）、スーパーのお弁当の投稿、コンビニ商品の投稿など、アプリの趣旨に合っていないと思われる投稿が散見されます。 このアプリのユーザーにスーパーのお惣菜やコンビニのお菓子の情報が必要でしょうか？ 「ポイント欲しい」方の投稿だと思いますが、後日投稿が修正されるなどもない為、全くチェックがされていない、運営からの注意警告がされていない様子が、不適切な内容や嘘でも投稿出来るなアプリだなと感じます。 また新規店舗の承認、重複情報の統合、店舗情報の更新依頼への対応は非常に遅いです。 過疎ってはいませんが新規ユーザーもいない点が気になります。 ポイントが貯まったり、エンブレム獲得やランクアップなど楽しく使っています。 いいねを貰えて承認欲求が満たされやりがいも感じられ、獲得ポイントがアプリ専用のポイントと暗号通貨とを選べるのもユニークで嬉しいです。 文字数制限が厳しい為、食べログのように小説風、コラム風の内容を読まされる事もなくお店の情報や投稿者の特にお勧めなポイントがわかりやすいのも気に入っていますし、コメントのやり取りが出来る点もユーザーとの交流が計れ楽しいです。 また、シンクロの時は社員の方々がいちユーザーとして一生懸命投稿されていたのも微笑ましく拝見してました。 livedoor運営になり、諸所が改善される事を期待しています。
使えない優待券が表示されていた。
下記の件はとりあえず対応がありましたが（アプリ内の「問い合わせ」ではなく、公式サイトの問い合わせフォームから連絡してやっと通じました）、他の店でも同じ事があるのではと懸念して積極的に使う気になれません。 良さそうなアプリだと思っていたのに、残念です。 ------ 一品優待券を使おうと、購入し店舗に予約を入れようとしたところ、もう当アプリとのその店舗との契約は終了しており、優待券は使えませんとの事。 いくら購入後の返金はできませんと注意書きがあっても、情報の更新を怠り使えないものをさも使えるように表示していたのは運営側の落ち度だと思います。その旨を問い合わせて3日経ちますが何の音沙汰もありません。お金だけ取られて詐欺に合った気分です。
改善して欲しい事。
一度投稿してしまうと誤字脱字があっても修正が出来ない。先日も玉作温泉→玉造温泉にすぐ気づいて修正したかったけど出来ず、、、。 お願い致します。

更新が遅すぎる。
・新しい店を登録しても（11月中が2月中）、現在は2店補程お願いしていますが12月から3回以上訪問しているのに更新なし（笑） ・それにキャッシュが64GBくらいだとページを移動すると投稿途中の画面が消える。 ・いいねボタンが小さすぎる。 中々、入力されない。（大きくして） ・コメントを頂いた所にイイネボタンがほしい。 ・通知の欄に載ってる。コメントが付きました。を分かりやすくして欲しい。（見過ごす。） と不満も多いですが楽しく使わせて頂いています。
