2020年5月6日，不知什么原因就产生此app的订阅，每3个月就自动扣费438元，一直到2022年1月才发现，共扣费3066元。联系不到app服务商，留的联系方式是邮箱或者填写受骗人的联系方式。没办法致电苹果app store客服，除了一套固定话术以外提不出任何解决方案，既不能协助受骗者挽回损失，也不能联系到诈骗app的提供商。
