Support system
Dissatisfied & Disappointed about this app dosent support E19 earbuds. Switched from E10 to a E20 just looking for a good overall experience but ended with a sader one.Earbuds are great , the porblem is they dont support this app. it is sad to see they dont even care to give the app support for many of their products. Bad customer service!!!

As usual they don’t care about the appstore version of the app and doesn’t update
Why nobody cares about apps in appstore ? I bought baseus E16 because it’s new one. But buying new better one resulted in worse for me because it only supports up to E13. Why even make new models? To just frustrate buyers?
