It is about application only, not a printer. What is good: - finds printer and connects fast - auto identifies tape and its size What not so good: - alignment on screen does not match real result. Need to constantly readjust to get closer to design. A lot of waste of labels - very limited formatting options to align, arrange and distribute. Usable for very simple design - huge issue. No ability to save design. There is save button, but where it is saved nobody knows, and as a result no way to load it Conclusion: good only for very simple labels

After several tries, the app will not send a code to my email address, even after I accepted the terms and agreements. I paid a lot of money for this labeling system and it is useless.

It works fine… I just didn’t realize it was a bluetooth operated device. I had to have my grand daughter show me how!!! Lol

I’m sure I’m doing something wrong, but do you have pay to use the printer and actually print a label. When I try to print it says I am using the VIP version and have to select a package in order to print. Not sure how I got VIP.

I just received this little printer. As of now it’s a great little machine. It took me a minute to figure it out but once I got it going, it’s great little device. I’m hoping ordering the replacement of labels once I run out won’t be a problem.

The app doesn’t work on iPad; It does not have a field for typing only editing appearance, but it works on iPhone

I have a NIIMBOT label printer and the app for it kept freezing up, so I downloaded this app. This one freezes at launch and I can’t get it to do anything. I’m trying to use this with an iPhone 14 Pro Max running iOS 16.6.1 with 1 TB or storage (500 GB available) and a little NIIMBOT Bluetooth label printer. That little printer is fun and useful, but not if the apps are useless.

Unfortunately the app is in Japanese making it very difficult to use

I have a new label machine, it’s connected in the app. In order to do anything i have to login. I’ve registered my email and when i try to login it just tells me serve exception and does nothing. I’ve deleted the app and readded it with no luck. So now i just have a piece of plastic that’s good for nothing because this app won’t work. Very frustrating!

Developers response is the same to go to Me Language English Settings BUT EVERYTHING IS IN CHINESE OR JAPANESE SO YOU CANNOT FIND “ME LANGUAGE ENGLISH SETTING” if you can’t read their language! What a waste of money. It was working for a year and now suddenly it has reverted to an unknown language with no help from the developers. NEVER AGAIN.
