Network error. Cannot view cameras nor playback
Terribly frustrating that the platform is so unreliable. My internet connection is working fine as all my other devices are unaffected. Only the cameras based off this platform cannot be viewed.
No alert / Notification
Please fix up the notification issue , no motion alert at all
Device performance good but not recommended
I realised everytime I need to charge the battery I will have to delete and reinstall the app. Otherwise it will not update status of the battery percentage on the app. The C cable provided is also useless. Have to use particularly genuine Samsung charger to charge.
Easy Registration and Device configuration
Managed to install the F23 camera within minutes. Make sure to connect iPhone to 2.4Ghz wifi, then register an account, then install and configure the camera to the 2.4Ghz wifi. Once done, you may set your iPhone back to 5Ghz.
Missing alert
I almost miss all call for the ring. Is it because of the apps or is it my equipment got problem…. I got no idea…

I can’t load while on mobile data but once I am on wifi I am able to load. Please fix.

No notifications from app
The app itself is easy to use and comes with plenty of setting for us to customise. The doorbell itself is also easy to setup. However the app does not actively push notifications when the doorbell is rang or when it detects a movement within its activation range. I ended up with missed alert.
