Some moments need to be improved
There are some drawbacks: After I paid for the first time the landlord could not receive money hence the whole transaction needed to be returned to me before I could pay again. It is also impossible for both parties to change the payment date: ours was on 28th, despite the fact I started to live according the contract only from the 1st. Hence every 28th the app bothers me with automated calls and messages about due date. The good point is it's truly free to use: I didn't pay to an agent and the price is according to the market price. It was really easy to find an apartment to live.
