Fake inquiries and notification issue
Please fix notifications issue as we are not receiving message notifications and also there are lot of fake enquiries results in loss of valuable times so please do something to have a check on it

Notifications
Im unable to get notifications without opening the app specifically message notifications. It effects overall business. Please upgrade or fix this issue. Im using this app in iphone xr. Thank you

Dear Alibaba Team, We are increasingly frustrated with the current inquiry system, as it allows anyone to submit inquiries without proper checks. This lack of verification results in a high volume of unqualified or irrelevant inquiries, wasting valuable time and resources.

RFQ page not opening well ! Please fix the error
Strucking problem
App is not working good,
Taking to much time to open messages inquiries and RFQS
From last 15 to 20 days this App performs getting low day by day. My very bad experience with this app from last 1.4 year, When i open any msg it doesn’t show the message of customer need to refresh app so many times. Also when go to see RFQ it didn’t show RFQ and connecting so much time. Please resolve these issues as soon as possible. It These issues are affecting our business badly.
Alibaba RFQ issue
I have send 15 rfqs from my iphone and does not showing a single qoute in msgs. How can i be sure its sent or not? Qoutation count changing but not showing in msgs Why so?
Pathetic app , stucked all the time
Please upgrade the application as people pay alibaba alot for the accounts and in return we get this pathetic app which dont work mostly and get stucked. We use quotation template for rfq and it keeps on dissappearing .
Account Logon Error
Trying to log in to my gold supplier account but it’s Keep saying username or password incorrect instead those are correct
Error issue
I’m gold member supplier on alibaba.com and i got an error that is 👉🏻Sign in failed. Please try again later (-997) i also reset my password everything is fine but I don’t know why i get this error so can Anybody guid me how can i solve that issue? Waiting for solutions
