I think I’ve been playing this game (on and off) for almost 6 years. I’m really enjoying the variety of doctors and nurses and what they can individually do for patients. What keeps me playing is the weekly tournament; it also lets you establish relationships with other players. The tournament also rekindles your inner competitive spirit 👌🏻
Having issues with constructing or placing facilities, it keeps loading or hanging as if it is buffering.
I cant open my acct since the last update,i download it so many times but it wont open
I honestly love this game but I noticed there is a lot to improve on. 1. Sometimes, staffs becomes invicible and patients then get stucks in the room. 2. The unfairness of rewards on tournaments especially as a third place rank in tournaments. I am so frustrated that you spent hours and days to finish all tasks to get to third place just for you to get 15 diamonds since it will be divided to 30 union members. That’s 3 more times LESS than you earn watching ads. It’s not worth it if you cannot appreciate your players. 3. The diamonds are super hella expensive. I wish sales show up more often. 4. No option to find those players we reported/block in global chat. 5. I wish we could see how many ads left that we can watch. It’s time consuming to wait for ads that is not even gonna show. I hope devs would try to apply this to the game because honestly it’s been 7 years for this game and I haven’t seen that much of an improvement.
Its very fun and addictive! Keep the good work up, and like most, i have not received any bugs yet, still good game!
I really liked this game and even spent a lot in buying gems but now it turned buggy. the emergency challenges kept crashing and ate up my diamonds. I want a refund 😭

Tipes of stuff u need to fix: 1.u can't place stuff in rooms(witch u can or not fix not a real need fixing) 2.glitches and when u come back all the process u have done is gone(need to fix) 3.when u come back all employees are gone they are quite expensive and u need to bonus them if they are sad(witch can u fix can the players deside if they give a bonus or not they don't do special stuff they just do what they do) But overall its a good game pls make some more cuz my dreamed job is to be a doctor make more hospital games it couriges to help people(well almost)love the game✨
When I reopend to play, my whole hospital had been restarted I WAS LVL 18 Like whyy fix this plz
