用了几年VIP了，本来不想说这些。上个月续费VIP，总提示系统错误，没显示续费成功，我就多点了两次，目前续费了三次全年会员，但是vip还是不能正常使用。客服微信联系不上，客服邮箱发送失败。能不能用给个准话，这叫什么事儿，不属于欺诈么？
