Asked me to download and filled 2 forms when first time been to Dr. Reborn. 1 on my phone and 1 on their app. Not sure why need to fill twice instead of sync the data? And not all the must filled items marked with stars…. Ask the staff to raise these feedback to IT while she is super proud that the app is done by their company (Thanks for sharing. But no point to be so proud with such basic app with basic bugsssss) The most interesting was when my mum finished the service, the staff called back to ask for login PW for checkout the service. Are you serious??? I called to CS to report this case, CS mentioned again and again they wont take my complaint as I am not the one being served…. Holly! Would this complaint system too funny? only received “served clients” calls???
