The message to update keep popping up even after I have updated the app and unable to use, please check the bug

down完次次都係去到「立即體驗」嗰度就lag，重新再開app淨係見到logo畫面就lag，downlaod左咁多次都冇一次用到，連log-in畫面係點都唔知。

Asked me to download and filled 2 forms when first time been to Dr. Reborn. 1 on my phone and 1 on their app. Not sure why need to fill twice instead of sync the data? And not all the must filled items marked with stars…. Ask the staff to raise these feedback to IT while she is super proud that the app is done by their company (Thanks for sharing. But no point to be so proud with such basic app with basic bugsssss) The most interesting was when my mum finished the service, the staff called back to ask for login PW for checkout the service. Are you serious??? I called to CS to report this case, CS mentioned again and again they wont take my complaint as I am not the one being served…. Holly! Would this complaint system too funny? only received “served clients” calls???

唔知點解今個月無端端用唔到，iPhone系統已經update 左最新版，delete 後又重裝apps 無數次都係死機，完全無反應，其他apps都無問題，所以好明顯係你哋apps 有bug ，唔該快啲修改出update 版解決問題啦！！！

一星我都唔想比 廢都不足以形容 入都入唔到 浪費時間

App store indicates Language as English, but all the menus of the app are in Chinese only (simplified and traditional). One must register to use this app because you need a QR code to check in for every visit. Registration is difficult for those of us that can’t read Chinese. The calendar is useful because it shows scheduled appointments and provides an option to add each booking to your device’s calendar. From the icons, you can distinguish between facial and body treatments. Please add English menus so the rest of us can explore other functions that may be useful. Thank you.
