Very disappointing
At the last day of my subscription I asked about cancellation. I haven’t noticed (and also haven’t agreed) that it would be extended to the next month. I asked support to cancel my subscription. Next day in the morning I found out that the money was taken and support answered me that I can cancel it by myself on my account page. But there is no cancelation button in the App. So I though that support can do it for me. But it was too late, because new month starts, the money was taken and support sad that they can’t do a refund. I am really frustrated. I like the videos, but service is really bad.
