This app doesn't work, I'd like to book a domestic flight but it's impossible. Why have an English version of the app if you don't accept reservation from English speakers? JinAir must lose a lot of business because of their bad app!

This is a case of the other 1 stars being totally accurate. I downloaded the app and have messed around with various ways of accessing the internet as the error message I receive says that my internet connection is the problem. Nope, it’s not - this app just doesn’t work. Also, I’m in Korea trying to use the app so I find it sus that the problem has something to do with overseas bots: I’m in Korea with a Korean IP address. Seriously - this app is terrible: don’t bother trying to use it.

I touch the screen. Nothing happens. I delete the app and reinstall it. Again, nothing happens. I tried this in the morning and now in the evening. The result is the same. The app is useless.

Keeps saying “Your network connection is experiencing delays. Please check the connection and run the app again”. There’s nothing wrong with my network connection.

Cant pass the Cloudflare initial test, despite every other app and website I’ve used with it has. Seems a little unnecessarily security focused just to give a business my money, no? Okay, T’Way it is!

Can’t even load past the robot verification. Completely useless. Useless website as well. Trash.

Doesn’t work. I registered in the website and download the app so i can choose a seat for my upcoming trip and it won’t even let me view my booking so i can pre select seats.

Horrible app that provides essentially nothing. Can’t even check in. Fly Korean air or something else if you can
