人工客服用超過一小時都無法處理問題，沒有收到餐點的情況下自動完成訂單，並且拒絕退款。

Don’t order anything 2+miles away or you will get yourself a cold dinner. Drivers will wait for another hour in the shop so they can stack deliver multiple orders and you will be sitting for hours waiting for your order especially if you live further away as your order would be delivered last. 11号订了第二天中午的点心，成功扣款了，都安排好了大年初一的午餐，结果到时间没送来上去一看说未成功付款，可实际信用卡已扣款，联系客服说未能下单，未能下单当时就该退款和通知啊，预定好的午餐还是大年初一狼狈不堪，没有任何通知不说，今天去追退款，居然还要7个工作日才退还节假日不算！这种恶意商家不给你差评给谁差评？！别的平台都是立即退款，只有这家自己的错还要7个工作日退，太过分了，永不再用！！

Was promised to receive order around 6-8pm and ended up arguing with customer service empty stomach at 8:40pm when they told me ETA was changed to 10pm. The customer service is so inefficient. It gave misrepresentation and didn’t solve the problem at all. WORST DELIVERY EVER. 订单一直没有送到。6-8pm的订单没有任何消息、催问下说要到10pm，并且没有送餐位置追踪。 不推荐任何一个人用这个、太差了。

bug太多了修修吧。餐厅虽然少，但最致命的还是在于等的时间实在太长，配送质量太不稳定了。app的操作也很多不便利，虽然便宜吸引新顾客，但服务质量才能留住我们啊…………
