玉山行動銀行

2020年到2022年一直都能夠輕鬆解款外匯，但今年突然不行，白白浪費了兩次手續費，還造成我很大的困擾，真的糟透了！

Just used Face ID to verify for transferring money to someone. The first 2 times when the App tried to scan my face for Face ID verification, it had error and unable to scan my face properly. It also says: if failed 3 times for scanning my face, I will have to go to a branch to unlock!! Which will be a huge problem, as I don’t live in Taiwan but might need to transfer money via the App. If this happens when I am in overseas, this function (face ID to verify me) will be disabled until I attend a branch to have it unlocked!!! So very user unfriendly!! When the App was trying to scan my face for verification, it didn’t allow enough time for me to place my face right in the middle of the screen or right in the middle of the corner square!! Hence the error showed up twice. When the people were designing the App, did anyone really use this function ??? I don’t think a anyone did, otherwise it would have been corrected. Anyway, not a happy customer!! Also, the App doesn’t allow me to use my personal email to verify myself (the bank in overseas allows me to use my personal email to verify online). Again, I don’t live in Taiwan, so don’t have a Taiwanese mobile number to verify myself on the app, so again, very user unfriendly!!

玉山家樂福簽帳卡 無法綁家樂福app 這樣優惠就無法使用？！

希望可以清楚知道帳戶目前可用餘額還有多少？（扣掉使用金融簽帳卡刷卡的金額）

很複雜需要的功能要找很久

要網路申辦，一直轉圈後顯示系統錯誤，都登錄9次了，每次打完下一頁又系統錯誤！ 他馬的玉山可以不要這麼爛欸。

希望基金定期定額扣款的通知不要在凌晨二.三點，三更半夜銀行的通知有點大聲，會嚇ㄧ跳，謝謝

App開啟後一段時間會自動登出是很好的，但這時候如果我們再點App，代表我們是想要登入操作，但玉山行動銀行卻會先出現登出流程畫面，還讓我們按確認，然後就原地停住了，完全忽略我們想要登入操作，使用者還得再手動操作一次登入點選。難道就不能夠幫APP提高一點自動化判斷的智商？在這種情況下連續而流暢的登出再度自動進行登入程序，有困難或其他疑慮嗎？

已經綁定的裝置，一直叫我綁定，一直無法操作，太爛了吧
