I could not get off instagram and tik tok until this app. This app has the strictest mode i could find, allowing me to block apps even if i didn’t want to. I have already started taking my time back from my phone and I don’t even have to use the strict mode anymore. This app is great for anyone, i recommend fully!
Easily bypass blockings with screen time- apps with permission- setting. I asked customer service multiple times how I can prevent this and they ignore my question and talk about something else. No effort to understand what I’m saying. Absolute rodents I would like a supervisor
This app does not block apps it limits Screen Time so if you are looking for an app that will block an app from usage, look elsewhere. Also, you will need to complete a statistics questionnaire before getting to that point of understanding that it is not an app blocker.
The app constantly crashes when trying to add a new app or website to the block list. This issue has been ongoing for months and has not been fixed
I’ve been using app blocker for a while, but unfortunately today even after pausing & disabling app blocker, I still couldn’t access my blocked apps and I had to delete app blocker & re-download! This is the first time I’ve ever had a problem, but beware.

I use it to get myself off of YouTube when it’s bedtime by setting it up for Youtube to be on for 20 minutes, then off for 10 minutes lying in the dark on my bed, then Youtube back on for 20 minutes, and then off again for 10 min and do that 10 times. at the end of that, my mind has slowed down & become drowsy because I’ve forced my melatonin to start working by lying in the dark with no lights on. 10 min of darkness slows down my mind so it’s not racing and then I’m ready to go to sleep. the Pomodoro blocker is an amazing way to get to sleep. download APP BLOCK. I promise you, you’ll be happy with this app.
I’ve used this app for 5 years now. This is the most important app I have. Since using it to limit my phone usage I’ve: lost 45lbs due to being more active. Sleep better. Save money by locking up spending apps. I’m a better parent to my kids.
Definitely get strict mode if you have a serious app use problem and use their Shortcuts trick so you can’t revoke it’s permissions. It’s driving me crazy that I can’t get into my games right now, but there’s nothing I can do about it, so I’m being a lot more productive!
