I cannot believe our world has come to this people need an app to parent. A grandfather were raised 12 kids no phone in the house now can’t even go to the bathroom without a phone and the fact that our justice system is pushing this is a complete joke

I have checked my settings and everything, however I will rarely get notifications if I get a message or my daughters dad adds something to the calendar. It’s annoying and inconvenient.

I’m getting error “Sorry something unexpected happened please try again later” This app is not worth the headache and frustration.

I’ve had nothing but issues since using this app. If you look at the other recent reviews, AppClose loves responding with “AppClose has hundreds of thousands of users and is court ordered in nearly every county in the United States.” and proceeds to illegitanize any negative review In my personal experience, this app has signed me out for no reason at LEAST 3 times a week This app has had the text field in a chat vacant from me so I can’t message my co-parent multiple times a week, and the only fix I’ve found is to restart THEN uninstall/reinstall the app The app will also close out after seeing the splash screen before fully loading into the app There’s no way to submit a customer support request in the app that’s easily tracked. There’s also not a single way to maintain a conversation thread with technical support in the app. All of which is frustrating, despite being forced to use this app and deal with the terrible life circumstance force to use an app like this. Support/Dev team, PLEASE implement a better way to submit tickets. Do NOT attempt to discredit honest negative reviews. And PLEASE fix up this app so that people who are already dealing with a lot, can deal with less

The only thing missing is a search feature to find older messages

It’s ok, surface isn’t the best and I’m definitely NOT happy with the fact that the other party can edit MY information from their end. When creating and first setting up the app I added my profile pic and then my ex (who using the app to co-parent with me because he has an issue with verbally abusing me) got mad at me and went in and deleted my picture from the app to be petty and start drama. I ignored it but for him to even have that option to edit my personal info in the app is wild. Please fix it and I’ll give a better rating because now I’m even scared to contact “help” within the app knowing my ex can probably view any messages or emails since it’s so loose with cross platform. #unsafe.

I absolutely love this app. It does everything a text app would do. You can send pictures and links. I love the security feature of not sharing locations and not being able to record phone calls. The reports are awesome; whether it be a report on money transactions, calendar notes, or printing entire chat histories, you can do it all! A few months ago, my app stopped making sounds when I would receive messages. I’ve tried everything, even deleting and redownloading the app. Nothing has worked. I’m hoping it gets fixed soon. Otherwise, this app would get 5 stars from me!!

We were court ordered to use this app for communication when a judge determined my ex was confrontational and verbally abusive in our conversations about our children. Since our conversations can be seen by the court, he has considerably toned down his aggression. I also find this is a helpful boundary that ensures all conversations are in writing and recorded. I took away one star due to the unreliability of the alerts. Quite often I have to open the app to check for messages because an alert does not show on the icon or on my watch. Restarting my phone does not always help either.

I’ve tried to set visitation and repeatedly the system either freezes, can’t complete the action at this time or sets it different than what’s input. So frustrating because it’s a fantastic app but without these fixes it’s too much nonsense to deal with.
