I logged in, but there is only empty screen and there is not any of my projects. What is the purpose of the application?!

Can’t login, have raised multiple times with service desk and got nowhere, would be better writing down my service desk ticket strapping it to a rock and firing it into outer space for an alien race to find, decipher and then reply with a fix, would be quicker and easier than trying to get it fixed by service desk.

The app tells me “you are using a null web browser to register your device… this is known to cause issues… only use chrome safari etc” The null browser I’m using is the App

Doesn’t show any projects for me

Used the app to record voice prompts and NEVER got any compensation for it.

Where are the jobs? Nothing sends me an email as it stated. Oh well; as always, too good to be true.

The app is non responsive when you click on projects you’ve applied for. If you receive an email saying “you have been accepted… do this next step” the website and app do not show you that you’ve been accepted. Unresponsive site and app make for a frustrating and slightly chaotic experience. There are so many different ‘sites’ and its unclear where you should be going for the approved work and for tasks. When I did begin a task, the videos the task were referencing we marked private, and unable to view, so to get the full understanding was impossible - which of course makes passing the test impossible. I was really hopeful, but have found more frustration trying to maneuver my way around the app and the website.

This app never works like never. I receive projections all the time that I can never apply for because the loading screens just constantly spins. What is the point?

When I created my profile they put I was in the United States Minor Outlying Islands. When I tried to contact support it took over a week to get a response even though they claim they will get back within 48 hours. Then they told me there were no projects available because of my location which I was trying to change.
