Whatever i try i just get a grey sign in screen with no way to enter my email and password. It was working fine up until last week??? No just will not let me sign in at all - have deleted the app, shut down ipad and reinstalled but still nothing & the frustrating this is it still works perfectly on my iphone (but this is far too small a screen for me to see important work items)

I was asked to use this app for important things at work, no matter what I try the screen just goes grey when I try to sign in. Noe deleted it and won’t bother anymore.

Notification flags can only be cleared by deleting and reinstalling the app??

Easy to use

I have to use this app for work and I have had no end of issues with it. It is very temperamental and only works when it’s not needed. If I wasn’t forced to use the app because of my employer I would’ve deleted it a long time ago

It is good when it’s working but for some reason my app just seems to have stopped working. I have re downloaded it to see if that helped but nothing.

Problems with pop-ups appear to ave been fixed which makes the app better to use. Like others, I think it would be good if the finger print recognition worked again please.

If you want good reviews, don’t make the “are you enjoying this app?” Alert so persistent that you can’t actually get in to use the app 😡

I used this app regularly and found it fantastic. The finger ID has now stopped working and the password reset doesn’t work so I can no longer access important information. 😕

Face ID doesn’t work on iPhone anymore. Just goes round and round in an endless loop!
