Apple Central Taxis Weston

There have always been a few errors (such as showing the time in GMT when it’s actually BST) But for the last couple of weeks, it’s given an internal server error and it’s impossible to make any bookings.

Awful company, don’t use them!

Most of time it’s says it can’t take bookings

Used to use this but since my debit card was replaced it won’t let me add a new one. Deleted my account and reregistered and it still won’t let me add my debit card to book. Apple are also pretty poor in turning up on time!

The app allows you to enter card details for pre payment but errors every time you try to save them.

I really want to use the app as would be easier however although I’m registered it never allows me to book, just says no availability. When I call I can always get a cab so it appears the app just isn’t working for me!

First time using the App. Taxi turned up bang on time. Text message received as it arrived. Good to have fare quoted in advance. Just brilliant. Thank you.

Given the name of this taxi company by the hotel, first taxi arrived never saw another one again despite ordering them at least two hours in advance. Avoid this company they are useless. They don’t deserve a 1 star review.

try and book for your location, it’ll randomly decide I’m two roads over- even if I type in the address I want, it’ll change it to what ever it wishes ?! and when you book for a certain time and they will dispatch the taxi whenever - I had a guy ( at least twice now ) turn up early and I had to apologise to him and send him away feeling like a idiot but I check the booking and it still says the time I booked originally

I know the prices have gone up, but £5:00 from the Range to Drove road seems a bit extortionate! Looks like I will be looking elsewhere in future☹️
